Mumbai: Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma on Thursday shared a post of actor Sakshi Tanwar's upcoming series 'Mai' saying she can not wait to watch it. Sharing the poster on Instagram Stories, the 'Phillauri' actor captioned: "Can't miss, won't miss! #MaiOnNetflix releasing tomorrow," along with raising hands emoji. Last month, Anushka had dropped the trailer on her social media and said: "Yeh story mummy yaad dila degi." The 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain' actor has stepped into the OTT realm for the first time with the Netflix original series.
In the series, Sakshi Tanwar plays the role of a housewife who becomes a detective to learn the truth of her daughter's murder. The cast include Wamiqa Gabbi, Raima Sen, Seema Bhargava, Vivek Mushran, Prashant Narayanan, and Seema Pahwa. Created and co-directed by Atul Mongia, Anshai Lal, and Mongia, the thriller series has been developed by Clean Slate Filmz. (UNI)
