Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra starrer Kesari Trailer out

Mumbai: Karan Johar’s ‘Kesari’ trailer , the film based on the Battle of Saragarhi in which the 21 Sikh regiment fought bravely against Afghani invaders on September 12, 1897 is out today. 

‘Kesari’ is a film based on the Battle of Saragarhi. Akshay will essay Havaldar Ishar Singh, the military commander of 21 Sikh regiment, who on September 12, 1897, fought bravely against Afghani invaders in the war which eventually came to be known as the battle of Saragarhi. 

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will be soon seen in an action avatar in 'Kesari' as Havildar Ishar Singh, the leader of the 1897 Battle of Saragarhi. The fight sequences have the traditional artillery as primary weapons. The movie is set to release on 21st March.(UNI)
