Audiences get sneak peek into J P Dutta's war drama 'Paltan'

Mumbai: Zee Studios and J P Dutta Films' upcoming war drama 'Paltan' starring an ensemble cast of Arjun Rampal, Sonu Sood, Gurmeet Choudhary, Harshvardhan Rane and Siddhant Kapoor amongst others, shared a special video that gave the audiences a glimpse of the film. 
Based on the Nathu La military clashes of 1967 which took place along the Sikkim border, 'Paltan' showcases an untold story of the Indian forces facing off in an intense battle to ward off a Chinese infiltration.
 
The special video gives us glimpses of the film with Indian soldiers gearing up to safeguard our country from the Chinese intrusion in the treacherous terrains which acts as the backdrop of this battle. Showcasing the vast mountain terrain, the short video builds intrigue and excitement for the audiences.
 
Sharing the video to social media actor Arjun Rampal said, "They getting ready, the uniform is on. Get ready to join the force. #paltan #4MonthsToPaltan #JaiHind. #7thseptember".
Harshvardhan Rane took to Twitter sharing the video, "Brother on the left, brother on the right, as the battle drums beat, we pledge to rise! #WethePaltan are getting ready to march into battle! #4MonthsToPaltan #Sep7 #JPFilms @ZeeStudios_ @RealNidhiDutta"

Renowned filmmaker J P Dutta returns to direction after 12 years with 'Paltan'. 
 
The national-award-winning director had earlier treated the audience with war films like Border, LOC Kargil, and Refugee among others. The special video of the movie surely proves to be a treat for the audiences. With power-packed performances, the film promises to tell the riveting, untold story of the bravest of Indian soldiers who fought with their brothers next to them till the end.
 
Presented by Zee Studios and produced by J P Dutta Films, 'Paltan' is directed by J P Dutta and is slated to release on September 7.(UNI)
