Mumbai: Sri Devi’s Daughter Janhvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khattar starrer Dhadak garnered 8.71 crore on the opening day.Thats not all the movie earned a handsome amount of 11.04 on Saturday and 13.92 crore on Sunday.It was a debut movie for duo thus the collections can be termed excellent. Now the movie has to pass the monday test.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Dharma productions and Zee studios, Dhadak looks a romantic movie in the backdrop of Rajasthan. It is a re-make of Marathi Movie "Sairat". The movie is doing better in Multiplexes than single screen theatres.(WD)
