Mumbai: When two films hit the box office, all efforts are made to drag the audience to the multiplex. This year's first Clash will be seen in the Republic Day week. Akshay Kumar's 'Padman' and his friend’s Neeraj Pandey (who has made Baby, Special 26 and Rustam on Akshay), ' Ayyari ' are clashing on the same day.
Earlier, Both of these films were about to release on January 26, but Akshay Kumar has pre-poned the release date. It is a smart move, If Paddman receives positive public and critic reviews , then the film will get the advantage of mouth publicity. Akshay took this startling decision on the night of January 4 and tweeted about it. Now the question is, Will 'Ayyari' still be released on January 25?
As last year same happened with Shahrukh’s Raees and Hrithik’s Kaabil on the same date. Rakesh Roshan pre-poned the release date and SRK followed the suit.
