Mumbai: Producer and director Ekta Kapoor on Monday announced the new 'Naagin', Tejasswi Prakash, for her successful television series franchise 'Naagin'.
While sharing the promo of 'Naagin 6' featuring 'Bigg Boss 15' winner Tejasswi on Instagram, Ekta wrote: "Apne bhavya roop aur teeno kaal ki shaktiyon se duniya ko bachaane aa rahi hai Naagin !!!"
"Meet sarva Shresht Shresh Naagin! She comes once every 1000 years! To fight war on diseases or BOTH! Every naagin takes her own Badla! But a shesh naagin will take revenge of a nation," wrote producer while introducing her new Naagin.
In the promo video, Tejasswi, who is playing as the ichhadhari naagin, can be seen dancing on the 'naagin' tune. Earlier, the announcement was dropped during the BB15 finale on January 30 by actor Adaa Khan, who had previously played the titular role.
The show will be aired from February 12 on Saturday and Sunday at 8 pm on Colors Channel.
Actor Mouni Roy was Ekta's 'Naagin' in the first and second seasons. It was then followed by Adaa Khan, Surbhi Jyoti, Anita Hassanandani, Nia Sharma and Surbhi Chandna. (UNI)
