The Odisha cabinet has accorded approval to the recently released Hindi movie 12th Fail tax-free in the state.
 
The film is based on the real story of a boy from Chambal Valley in Madhya Pradesh.
 
In the face of all adverse situations, the boy aims to achieve an impossible dream of passing the world’s toughest UPSC examination to become an honest police officer and to bring about a positive change in society.
 
The theme of the film carries a strong message to the young generation of being determined in the face of all adverse situations and never losing the hope to achieve the ultimate goal of life.
