'Paywat' portrays day in life of a girl: Mithun Chandra Chowdhary

Panaji: Mithun Chandra Chowdhary, Director of Marathi film which was screened under Indian Panorama (Non-Feature Film) category at the ongoing 47th International Film Festival of India (IFFI), said his film portrays a day in the life of girl.Speaking to media here, he said 'Paywat' portrays a day in the life of a girl Maydi, daughter of a labourer.

He also said through his film he tried to showcase the life of his sister.Chowdhary has master's in communication studies, in English literature and diploma in journalism.The film has been produced by Nayana Dolas, a headmistress at Jai Vakeel School for Children in Need for Special Care, Pune.
