Mumbai: Bollywood's famous actor-singer Ayushmann Khurrana said that performing on stage will always be his first love because it is the most powerful way to connect directly with the audience.

Ayushmann Khurrana has gone for his US tour with his band 'Ayushmann Bhava'. This music tour will start from Chicago on November 14 and will continue till November 24 in four more cities like New York, San Jose, New Jersey and Dallas.

Ayushmann said 'as an artist I always try to connect with the people who like my music and films. I want to see their reactions directly. I have tried to cherish them through my effort and work. Making music and presenting it on stage is a great opportunity for me, where I can connect with my listeners and express myself through my music. Working in musicals in college days is in my roots, so this is like a homecoming for me'.

'I always wanted to be an actor, but music is my parallel passion. Everyone should have a second passion and I am glad that I have got the talent to write songs, sing and perform on stage. Performing on stage will always be my first love as it is the most powerful way to connect directly with the audience. I am glad that I have got this opportunity to meet my fans and Bollywood lovers. This is my second US tour and I am very excited as I am going to perform there after eight years. I want the audience to go through a storm of emotions through my music, and those who could not be there should feel that they missed something special. If I can do this, my music would have touched their hearts' Ayushmann added.
