Sand artists create sculpture in Puri beach to pay tribute to Raju Srivastava – WATCH

Puri: Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created a sand sculpture of comedy king Raju Srivastava who passed away on Wednesday while undergoing treatment at AIIMS, New Delhi.

Pattnaik created a 5ft high sand sculpture of Raju Shrivastava by using about 4 tons of sand and took 4 hours to complete it with the caption “Hasate hasate rula diya”, at Puri beach to pay him tribute.

Raju has carved a niche for himself in the world of stand-up comedy with his well-timed jokes and comic on some very relevant situations in life.

He who always made us laugh is no more but he will live in the heart of millions, said Sudarsan.

International Sand Artist, Manas Sahoo also sculpted a sand statue of the Comedian, near the Lighthouse on the beach of Puri.

Sahu took about seven hours to create a 15 feet wide sand sculpture using ten tons of sand and with a message "Heartfelt Tribute to Raju Srivastava". (UNI)
