While the low budget movies are being released on OTT platforms, Two much-touted big -budget movies will still get a big-screen release. According to the bollywood sources, Multistarrer 'Sooryavanshi' will be released on Diwali, While Ranveer Singh starrer Sports Docu Drama 83 will be released on 25th December (X mas Day).
'Sooryavanshi' is an action film directed by Rohit Shetty, and produced by Shetty and Karan Johar under their banner of Rohit Shetty Picturez and Dharma Productions respectively, in association with Reliance Entertainment and Cape Of Good Films. It is the fourth installment of Shetty's Police Universe and the film stars Akshay Kumar in the titular role along with Katrina Kaif as the female lead. Whereas Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh make a cameo appearances.
Earlier The flick will release on March 24, 2020.
While Tracing the historic victory of 1983 world cup, Kabir Khan's upcoming directorial is being presented by Anil Dhirubhai Ambani’s Reliance Entertainment and will star Ranveer Singh as the former captain of the Indian Cricket Team Kapil Dev.
Touted as the "biggest sports film" of the country, '83 was slated to be released on 10 April, 2020 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. It marks the first-ever trilingual release for both, Ranveer Singh and director Kabir Khan.(WD)
