Taarak Mehta fame Dr Hathi passes away

Mumbai: Kavi Kumar Azad, who played the role of Dr Hansraj Hathi in 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' passed away on Monday afternoon following a heart attack. 
       
The actor had been unwell for past three days and was being treated at Wokhardt hospital at Mira Road in Thane district, sources said.
       
Apart from working on small-screen, the actor had also featured in a few films like Aamir Khan's Mela and 'Funtoosh'. Following his demise, the Film City has cancelled all shooting, sources added.(UNI)
