'The Accidental Prime Minister' completes its shoot

Mumbai:The very first look of 'The Accidental Prime Minister' got some extolling reviews all across the nation, Anupam Kher as Manmohan Singh was undoubtedly one of the best makeovers that the country witnessed.
The political drama is based on the memoir by Indian policy analyst Sanjaya Baru, 'The Accidental Prime Minister: The Making and Unmaking of Manmohan Singh'.The shoot of the movie is finally finished with the entire cast being on the board.Anupam Kher is in the primary role, featuring as Dr Manmohan Singh.
 
Akshaye Khanna will be playing the role of the Indian Policy analyst Sanjaya Baru, followed by Munish Bhardwaj as Kapil Sibbal, Anil Rastogi as Shivraj Patil, Aahna Kumra as Priyanka Gandhi, Arjun Mathur as Rahul Gandhi, Vijay Kumar as Bhairao Singh, Vimal Verma as Laloo Prasad Yadav, Shiv Subrahmanyam as P Chindambram, Manoj Tiger as Amar Singh, Naval Shukla as Yashwant Sinha.
 
The movie also features Ajit Satbhai as Narsimha Rao, Divya Seth Shah as Gursharan Kaur, Sunil Kothari as APJ Abdul Kalam, Suzzane Bernet as Sonia Gandhi and Pradip Chakrabarti as Pranab Mukherjee.
 
The actors and their respective looks have created enough buzz for the audience to demand more from this political drama. Debutante Director  Vijay Ratnakar Gutte spoke, "We are enthralled by the reviews we have gotten so far with the looks of the characters. It has only made us work hard and kingpin better towards delivering this product"The script is written by Vijay Gutte and Mayank Tewari. Tewari recently won the Asian Film Awards for India's official Oscar's entry -  Newton.
 
The creative producer of the film is Hansal Mehta and the movie is produced by Bohra Bros.
'The Accidental Prime Minister' is slated to release on December 21.(UNI)
