Srinagar: Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff on Tuesday expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the authorities and people of Kashmir for their unwavering support during the shooting of the film "Singham Again."

In a video shared by the Information and Public Relations Department of Jammu and Kashmir on ‘X’, Shroff praised the region and its people.

“The way this place (Kashmir) is beautiful, the same way your people are beautiful. It was a lot of fun. Everyone enjoyed it," he said.

Shroff mentioned that the shooting of "Singham Again" was wrapping up, and the team was preparing to return to Mumbai after a delightful experience in Kashmir. He emphasized the exceptional support received from the authorities, adding, “We had the full support of the people and felt very nice to see so many tourists visiting here.”

Reflecting on the overall experience, Shroff noted, "Everyone enjoyed it, including the people of Kashmir who witnessed the film shooting, and we enjoyed the trip the most."

He extended his gratitude to the J&K Government for their unwavering support to the film industry professionals who visit to shoot movies and other projects. He praised the warm hospitality and seamless cooperation he received during his time in J&K.

"Singham Again" is the third installment of the super-hit franchise. The original "Singham" was released in 2011, starring Kajal Aggarwal and Prakash Raj alongside Ajay Devgan, followed by "Singham Returns" in 2014.

The film crew arrived in Kashmir last week and filmed at various locations in the valley, including a fight scene at the historic Zainakadal bridge in downtown Srinagar.

Shroff concluded his message by saying, "You guys take very good care of us and provided good film support with the help of the police, Army, and people of Kashmir. Much love to the people of Kashmir 'Baba Log,' always be happy and enjoy life."
