Mysuru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a gathering in Mysuru on April 14, referred to the Congress party as the "Sultan of the Tukde-Tukde Gang."

"The Congress party today is roaming around like the ‘Sultan’ of a ‘Tukde-Tukde’ gang. The dangerous intentions of dividing, breaking, and weakening the country are still the same in the Congress party today," he said.

"While India's stature and respect are increasing globally, Congress leaders go abroad to denigrate the country. When the country gives a fitting reply to its enemies, Congress demands proof of surgical strikes from the army. When an organization involved in terrorist activities is banned, Congress works with its political wing," the Prime Minister added.

PM Modi emphasised that the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections would not only shape the next five years but also influence India's trajectory toward becoming a developed nation by 2047.

"People in INDI Alliance want to finish 'Sanatana'. They want to destroy the powers of the Hindu religion. Till Modi is there, these hateful forces will never succeed, this is Modi's guarantee...2024 Lok Sabha elections will not just decide the next 5 years but the 'Viksit Bharat' of 2047," he said.

Furthermore, PM Modi pointed out instances where he believed the Congress showed a lack of support for national interests. He claimed that while India's global reputation is on the rise, Congress leaders have criticized the country internationally.

He also accused the Congress of demanding proof of surgical strikes conducted by the army against enemies and collaborating with organizations involved in terrorist activities through its political wing.

PM Modi contrasted his tenure of ten years with what he portrays as the Congress party's sixty-year history of not being held accountable. He accused the Congress of being adept at creating problems and deceiving the public.

PM Modi further criticised the Karnataka Congress Party, describing it as an "ATM state of looting." He alleged that the state's treasury has been depleted due to what he perceives as widespread corruption and open looting under the Congress's watch.

According to him, this has resulted in the discontinuation of development and welfare schemes, affecting the people of Karnataka adversely.
