Tirumala: Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams (TTD), the highest decision-making body of the world-famous Tirumala temple, has decided to construct Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple at Puttalam district in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The decision was taken in the board meeting held here on Monday under the chairmanship of B Karunakar Reddy on the request of Sundar Lingam, President of Sri Mayurapati Sri Bhadrakali Amman Temple Trust.
The board also agreed to organise Srivari Kalyanam upon their request.
