4 Army soldiers killed, 1 injured in Ramban road mishap

Jammu: Four Army jawans were killed, while one was critically injured, when a car skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge in the mountainous Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.

'Four Army personnel died while one suffered injuries, when a private car skidded off and plunged into a 300-400 mt deep gorge this evening at around 1850 hrs near Shaitani Nullah in Banihal on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway,' Ramban SSP Mohan Lal here told UNI.He said the jawans were posted in Srinagar and were on way to Jammu on leave, when the mishap took place.
