Bihar Minister Ratnesh Sada hit by autorickshaw during morning walk

Saharsa: Bihar Excise and Prohibition Minister Ratnesh Sada was injured in a road accident under Mahishi police station area in Saharsa district on Wednesday morning.

Police said here that Ratnesh Sada was taking morning stroll with his four bodyguards when an autorickshaw hit them at his ancestral place Balia Simar village. Sada and one of his bodyguards were injured in the incident, police added.

"Minister and bodyguard were admitted to a local government hospital from where they were discharged after treatment," police said adding the driver of autorickshaw had been taken into custody while autorickshaw was seized.

A case was being investigated, police stated.
