Bombay Stock Exchange down 242.37 pts, NSE slipped 71.85 pts

Mumbai:The Benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday slipped by 242.37 pts to close at 31,443.38 amid heavy selling in Power, Consumer Durable, Utilities, Telecom and FMCG stocks amid positive global cues.
The nifty of national stock exchange too dipped by 71.85 pts to 9,199.05.The sensex registered days high and low at 31,705.25 and 31,362.87 respectively.The nifty registered days high and low at 9,277.85 and 9,175.90 respectively.(UNI)
