Maharashtra: PM Modi to be honoured with 'Shivsanman' Puraskar by Satara royal family on February 19

Satara: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be honoured with "Shivsanman" puraskar on behalf of the royal family of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Shiv Bhakt of Satara district on February 19.
 
Udayanraje Bhosale, MP, in a statement on Thursday said for the first time, the royal family of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is conferring this "Shivsanman" Puraskar and PM Modi has been selected for the first award.
 
A 'Rajmudra' of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, an oil painting and a sword will be given to Prime Minister Modi.
 
A grand award distribution function will be held on February 19 on "Shiv Jayanti" day at Sainik School ground at Satara, the statement added.
