Manipur violence: Armed persons fire at BJP MLA K Robindro's residence

Imphal: Unknown armed miscreants fired at the residence of K Robindro, a BJP MLA, at Mayang Imphal, Imphal West, on Monday night.

A police team rushed in and found three bullet marks at the gate and a bullet mark on a wall. No one was injured, and the MLA was not at his residence when the incident occurred.

In another incident last midnight, unknown persons fired at the residence of Deven, Director of JNIMS, the state referal hospital at Kakwa, Imphal East. No one was injured.

Meanwhile, armed miscreants attacked a Meitei village in Imphal East on Tuesday. Security personnel rushed in to save the villagers. (UNI)
