MP CM Shivraj's brother-in-law joins Congress ahead of state polls

New Delhi: Just weeks ahead of the assembly polls in the state, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's brother-in-law Sanjay Singh Masani on Saturday joined Congress party.

Mr Masani was welcomed into the party-fold by MP Congress chief Kamal Nath in the presence of senior leader Jyotiraditya Scindia at the party headquarters at 24, Akbar Road here.

Mr Masani's move is considered as a big jolt to the state unit of BJP with the state scheduled to go for assembly polls on November 28. (UNI)
