Mumbai police seize 100 kg MD drug from Sangli factory

Sangli: In yet another major haul, a team of Mumbai Police raided a factory at Irli village in Kavathe-Mahankal tehsil of the district on Monday and recovered more than 100 kg MD (mephedrone) drugs worth over Rs 150 crore in international market.
 
Acting on a tip off, a Mumbai police team swung into action and raided a drug manufacturing factory at Irli and confiscated more than 100 kg of MD drugs worth more than Rs 150 crore.
 
A thorough investigation with the factory owner is going on, police said.
