Pak again violates truce, soldier martyred in Sunderbani sector

Jammu: A jawan got martyred as Pakistan yet again violated the ceasefire agreement by firing unprovoked on the Line of Control in Sunderbani sector of Jammu in Jammu and Kashmir.
"Pakistan violated the ceasefire this afternoon by firing unprovoked in Khour area of Sunderbani sector," official sources here said.
They said that at about 0945 hours, unprovoked Ceasefire Violation was initiated by Pakistan in which one Army Soldier was shot by a sniper and he succumbed to injuries. Sources added that a sniping incident took place in Lalyali area of 08 JAKLI deployed in Keri Batal.
 
"Rifleman Varun got injuried and was shifted to MH Akhnoor where he succumbed later," they added.On Friday, a jawan attained martyrdom in sniping shot in Akhnoor area while one BSF jawan suffered injuries in ceasefire violation in Bhimber Gali area.(UNI)
