Patna High Court asks Tejaswi Yadav to vacate official bungalow

Patna: Patna High Court today dismissed a petition filed by Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejaswi Yadav asking him to vacate his official bungalow at 5, Deshratna Marge in the state capital.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice A P Sahi and Justice Anjana Mishra dismissed the bail petition of Mr Yadav asking him to vacate the bungalow.Earlier, a single bench of the Patna High Court had dismissed Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav's petition on October 6 challenging the Bihar government's order to vacate the official bungalow allotted to him when he was the deputy chief minister.
