Priyanka Vadra admitted to Gangaram hospital, diagnosed with dengue

New Delhi: Congress president Sonia Gandhi 's daughter Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has been admitted to the Sir Gangaram hospital where she has been diagnosed with dengue, hospital officials said today. Ms Vadra, who was admitted to the hospital on August 23, is now recovering, the doctors said.

According to Dr D S Rana, Chairman (Board of Management), Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, "Ms Vadra, who was suffering from fever, has been admitted to SGRH on August 23 under the care of Dr Arup Basu, Senior Consultant, Department of Chest Medicine. She has been diagnosed with dengue fever and is recovering." (UNI)
