NewDelhi: Drubbing the UPA nominee Meira Kumar with a huge margin, NDA president Nominee Ramnath Kovind became the 14th President by grabbing 7,02, 044 votes. While Meira Kumar managed to win 3,67,314 votes.
The NDA nominee also got the benefit of cross voting in the states like Goa and Gujrat. The swearing in ceremony of Ramnath Govind will be held on 25
