Mirzapur (UP): Beheaded body of a woman around 25-years of age was recovered from a suitcase in Janta Express at Chunar railway station in Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh on Friday, police sources said here.
They said that on Friday morning Janata Express from Patna to Mumbai was stopped at Chunar railway station on the information of the passengers.
"The police recovered a suitcase from the general coach of the train from which the beheaded body of the woman was recovered," they said.
Police sources said that efforts were being made to identify the deceased.
"It is being investigated from which station the suitcase was loaded in the train. The body has been sent for postmortem examination," they said.
