Hyderabad: A technical malfunction occurred in the helicopter transporting Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR).

The vigilant pilot swiftly identified the issue and safely landed the helicopter back at Erravalli farmhouse.

The incident occurred as CM KCR departed from his Erravalli farmhouse, located in Medak district, by helicopter for his assembly election campaign in Devarakadra in Mahabubnagar district on Monday morning, according to party sources.

As part of the assembly election campaign, CM KCR had planned to participate in public gatherings in Devarakadra, Narayanapet, Maktal, and Gadwal constituencies within Palamuru district Monday.

However, the scheduled visit was briefly delayed due to the technical glitch in the helicopter.
Aviation authorities are currently making alternative arrangements to ensure a seamless continuation of the CM's tour. He will resume his campaign as scheduled upon the arrival of another helicopter, the sources added. (UNI)
