Chennai: Amid high drama and pandemonium that culminated in the en masse eviction of the opposition DMK members for creating ruckus, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palanisamy today won the trust vote, two days after he was sworn in by the Governor.
Announcing that the Chief Minister has won the floor test, Speaker P Dhanapal said 122 MLAs voted in support of the motion and 11 legislators voted against it. (UNI)
