Floral tributes paid to Jayalalithaa on her 5th death anniversary

Puducherry: Floral tributes were paid to late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on her fifth death anniversary here on Sunday.

AIADMK volunteers led by party Secretary (East) A Anbazhagan paid floral tributes to a decorated portrait of Jayalalithaa at the party headquarters.

Later, a silent procession was taken out from the party headquarters to the beach where floral tributes were paid to another decorated portrait of Jayalalithaa.

Volunteers led by party (West ) secretary Om Sakthi Sekhar also paid tributes to the departed leader separately while party election wing secretary Vayyapuri Manikandan organized a poor feeding in Muthialpet to mark the occasion. (UNI)
