Kanjhawala case victim’s house ransacked; LED TV, clothes & utensils stolen

New Delhi: The house of Kanjhawala victim, who died after her scooty was reportedly hit and her body dragged by a car for around 12 kms in the early hours of New Year day in Delhi, was allegedly ransacked on Monday.
 
An LED TV and other things were reportedly stolen from the house.
 
According to police, on Monday morning, an incident was reported at Aman Vihar Police Station at a house in Delhi’s Karan Vihar. A team immediately reached the spot and found the lock of the door of the house was broken. After that, the crime team came to the spot and inspected the scene of crime minutely and exhibits were lifted.
 
As per statement of the complainant, an LED TV, some clothes and utensils have been stolen from victim's house, following which a case under section 457/380 IPC has been registered in the matter at Aman Vihar PS and the investigation is underway, police said. (UNI)
