Murder accused, who had illicit relationship with his aunty and killed uncle, arrested after 27 yrs in Bulandshahr

Bulandshahr (UP): A man, who was absconding in a 27-year-old murder case, was arrested by the police from Chhatari area of Bulandshahr district here in Uttar Pradesh, a senior police officer said here.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shlok Kumar said that the arrested accused Harnath Singh had an illicit relationship with her aunty. "When Harnath's uncle objected he killed him in 1997 and left the town with her aunty and her children," he said.

He said that while on the run Harinath frequently changed his location on Dadri, Aligarh and was finally residing in Chhatari town. "After 27 years Harnath was arrested by the police during checking," he said.
