Hamirpur (HP): A resident of Anu village here was in for a rude shock when he received onions instead of a mobile phone which he had ordered online.

Shashi Thakur alias Ashu, the victim of online fraud, said today that he had bought a mobile online worth Rs 15,000 from a private company, for which he had made all the payments including delivery charges through his credit card.

After opening the packet that was delivered to him, he became upset and soon rang up the company in Guru Gram.

The company has told him to send them a complaint in writing so that a new phone is delivered to him in ten days.
