Punjab: Drone spotted near Dera Baba Nanak town post, returned to Pakistan after BSF fired shots

Gurdaspur: Border Security Force (BSF) jawans once again spotted a drone near Dera Baba Nanak town post on the border of Punjab's Gurdaspur district with Pakistan at around 0426 hrs on Friday.

According to sources, the BSF jawans of 10 battalion spotted a drone approaching the Indian territory from Pakistan side near Dera Baba Nanak town post at around 0426 hrs. The drone returned to Pakistan when the BSF jawans fired four rounds.

According to sources, this drone was being operated from Pakistan's Khokhar closed post.

As soon as the information was received, the BSF officials reached the spot and a search operation is being conducted in the area. (UNI)
