Rajasthan polls: Congress fields Jaswant Singh’s son against Vasundhara Raje

Jaipur: Estranged BJP leader and former Union Minister Jaswant Singh’s son sitting Rajasthan MLA Manvendra Singh will take on state Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje in battle of ballots for 15th House of the state legislature on December 7 from Jhalrapatan.

The sitting BJP MLA from Barmer had recently joined Congress that allotted him ticket on Saturday from Jhalrapatan.

He also held the Barmer Lok Sabha seat on BJP ticket between 2004 and 2009. (UNI)
