The case initially was difficult when we filed the ABA, wherein  Anticipatory Bail is generally not allowed by the courts, but as we proceeded in the matter, we were successful in convincing the Hon'ble  Sessions Court at Dindoshi in suburban Mumbai, about the basic and strong facts in our case and the court was kind and pleased to allow the anticipatory bail.
