Rumours of Rita Bahuguna Joshi joining BJP are baseless: Sheila

Varanasi: Rejecting any possibility of Rita Bahuguna Joshi joining BJP, former Delhi Chief Minister and Uttar Pradesh CM face Sheila Dikshit today said such rumours are baseless. Ms Dikshit and UP Congress president Raj Babbar were here to learn about well being of the injured in stampede at Rajghat bridge in Varanasi on October 15. Holding the UP government responsible for the stampede incident, Ms Dikshit said carelessness of state government was the reason for such a tragedy. (UNI)
