Chandrapur/Nagpur: Senior Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) leader and former Deputy Speaker of Legislative Assembly Advocate Moreshwar Temurde passed away due to heart attack in early hours of Sunday.
He was 81.
Moreshwar Temurde had represented Varora-Bhadravati Legislative Assembly twice.
He was considered close aide to NCP supremo Sharad Pawar.
He had created a distinct position in the politics of Chandrapur and Maharashtra.
Temurde was known in Maharashtra politics as a loyal and honest personality.
He had a very important contribution in strengthening the party in Warora taluka in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. (UNI)
