New Delhi: Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia today condemned the Yogi Adityanath government's circular to the Madrasas, directing them to videographer the events of August 15, saying that issuing Fatwas on Vande Mataram were more important than providing oxygen to the hospitals.
Mr Sisodia, while commenting on the Baba Raghav Das Medical College, in which more than 60 children have died in the last five days due to alleged deficiency of oxygen in the Gorakhpur hospital, said 'We should be happy that someone has the courage to write the history books on their own terms.
Issuing Fatwa on Vande Mataram is more important than providing oxygen in the hospitals.' In another tweet, he said 'To oxygenate the history of their regime, the government is busy choking the future of the mankind.' (UNI)
