Kakinada: A teenage girl was gang-raped by three youth and even shot video of the heinous crime right in presence of her uncle making him immobile tying up hands and legs with a rope in Sea shore at Odalarevu in Konaseema region 80 kms from here.
Though the bizarre incident took place on April 25 around noon, it came to light only on Wednesday with the girl unbearable of the sexual harassment meted out from the accused who are threatening her to upload the video of the gang rape and her nude photos if she did not agree for satisfying their lust whenever required.
She approached the Allavaram police narrating her pathetic story and the mental and physical torture she was subjected to on the fateful day. She told the police that she hails from Wirepet , hamlet of Challapalli village in Uppalaguptham mandal. She is the youngest among the three children of her family and studied up to graduation..
On April 25, she went along with her maternal uncle on motorcycle to attend a function at her friends house in Kodurupalem village of Allavaram mandal.
After lunch during the return trip, both of them went to see the Odalaredu beach where the gory incident took place. Three accused all in the age group of 20- 25 years, with beer bottles in their hands surrounded them and made her uncle immobile tying up his hands and legs with a rope. Later, they snatched her cell phone and made few calls to their cell phones.
At the point of knife she was made to undress and taken nude photos. Before leaving the place, they threatened her with dire consequences if reported the matter to police.
At the advice of her uncle she did not reveal the incident to her parents fearing consequences from the accused. However, the accused within days started phoning her forcing her to satisfy their lust or else threatened her to upload the video clipping and also the nude photos in social media.
The Police SHO of Allavaram immediately brought it to the notice of the Superintendent of Police Adnan Nayeem Asmi who in turn took a serious view of the gruesome incident and ordered for arresting of the accused and initiate stringent action.
Accordingly, case was registered under various stringent provision of the CRPC.
A special team was constituted to nab the three accused who are at large. Already vital clues on their movement were collected using the information technology and at any moment they may be arrested, police sources added.(UNI)
