Telangana BJP MLA Raja Singh resigns from party, wants to focus on cow protection

Hyderabad: Safe guarding the mother cow from the illegal slaughter, BJP MLA from Goshamahal constitutency in Hyderabad, Mr Raja Singh has submitted his resignation letter to the State Party President.
 
Requesting him to accept, in his resignation letter addressed to party President Dr K Lakshman few days back, Raja Singh stated this year on the eve of Bakrid festival (Eid-ul-Azha), the ruling TRS party along with MIM on a large scale supporting illegal cow slaughtering and also helping the illegal slaughter houses to transfer the cow meat to neighbouring states.

Hindu dharma is my first priority and safe guarding the Hindu dharma, he said it is tradition is my belief I being a karyakarta of Hindi vahini actively participated and till date, I am participating in protection of cow as it is getting killed illegally as a matter of fact, I bought this issue many times in news and also in Assembly, but there was no as such support that I have been provided by the party.

In his letter, he also mentioned that this year more than 3000 cows and calf’s have been already shifted to old city to slaughter illegally on Bakrid and my action is required at this point of time to safe guard the cows and protect them from the illegal slaughter for that I am ready to face any consequences.

In this regard, “from my end or from my action,  I don’t want to trouble party nor I don’t want to answer any of you with my action to safe guard my other cow, Raja Singh said he was ready to do any as such act to safe guard the mother cow.

He requested Dr Lakshman to accept his resignation and relive him from his position. (UNI)
