Tripura CM Manik Saha watches ‘The Kerala Story’, says ‘Bengal story’ should also be made

Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha advised every parent to watch the movie - The Kerala Story with their family members after watching the movie on Saturday at a multiplex accompanied by his cabinet colleagues.
 
Criticizing his West Bengal counterpart Mamata Banerjee for banning the movie in the state, Dr Saha said in Kerala Story Director Sudipta Sen depicted the situation of India and it is not an isolated incident.
 
“The condition of West Bengal under Trinamool Congress rule is worst and the situation demands similar movie on the story of Bengal and this might be the reason for banning such a movie scripted on real incidents,” he stated.
 
The Chief Minister urged the youth and students of the country to watch the movie and be careful about Love Jihad.
 
As of now, people heard the word Love Jihad, the Kerala Story picturized the reality, of how the plot is going on to recruit simple girls into militant groups by adopting Love Jihad, which cannot be realized unless watching the movie.
 
Many people are having negative opinions about this film from a narrow point of view. But this was necessary to make the common people understand the ground reality, especially, during a time when Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been working relentlessly for national integration and to keep India united.
