VHP leader arrested for theft of temple donation box, bike

Mangaluru: Convenor of the Ullal unit of VHP has been arrested on charges of stealing a temple donation box and also a motorbike.

Police said the arrested person is Taranath Mohan from Montepadavu. He was arrested on Sunday midnight on the basis of CCTV footages.

Police said he had stolen the donation box of a temple at Manjanady and a motorbike from near Montepad. A case has been registered in this connection. (UNI)
