Mysuru: In an unusual gesture, a old woman who has been begging in front of a temple in the city, has donated Rs two lakhs for renovation to the temple where she is begging.
M V Seetha was begging in front of Prasanna Anjaneya temple in front of world famous Mysuru Palace.Many have been saying that Seetha, who was born and brought up in a sophisticated family, was cheated by family members. Initially the temple authorities refused to accept the donation, but she persuaded them to take the money. (UNI)
