Chris Gayle thank PM Modi, Indian people for providing Covid-19 vaccines to Jamaica (Video)

Kolkata: West Indian master blaster Chris Gayle has thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and people of India for donating Covid-19 vaccines to Jamaica.

In a video footage of Chris Gayle standing between an Indian tri-colour and Carribean national flag, the cricketer with folded hands in Namaste posture said he much appreciated the vaccine’s donation to his country Jamaica and thanked the Prime Minister, and the people of India.

He also said he would come to India soon. Gayle is expected to play in the cash rich IPL this season.

Another West Indian great Andre Russle also appreciated India’s gesture for providing Covershield vaccines to Jamaica.

India donated some 50,000 Covid-19 vaccines to Jamaica as part of the global Vaccine Maitri initiative. (UNI)
