Birmingham: India's table tennis mixed doubles pair of Sathiyan Gnanasekaran and Manika Batra sail into the quarterfinal with an easy win over Nigeria on Friday.
Sathiyan and Manika dominated the Nigerian opposition in the round of 16 registered 11-7, 11-6, 11-7 victory to seal their spot in the last eight.
Another pair of veteran Sharath Kamal and young Sreeja Akula also booked a spot in the quarterfinal after beating the Malaysian's Chee Feng Leong and Ying H.
