Hyderabad: Kalvakuntala Kanna Rao, the nephew of former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, was arrested in connection with an alleged land-grabbing case on Tuesday.
Kanna Rao is the prime accused in the Manneguda land dispute case, where he allegedly attacked several individuals.
A case has been registered against Kanna Rao and 35 others at Adibatla Police Station for attempting to grab two acres of land in Manneguda.
The High Court has also rejected Kanna Rao's anticipatory bail plea.
Further investigation is underway, police sources reported.
