Recently Rinku Singh also expressed his desire to play Test.
"I want to play all three formats of the game. I like playing Test cricket a lot. My batting average in red-ball cricket is 55," Rinku told News 24.
He reinforced his enthusiasm for this format by stating" "I really like to play against the red ball."
In the same interview, Rinku mentioned the advice he got from Indian captain Rohit Sharma after missing out on the T20 World Cup. Rohit Sharma highlighted the need for perseverance and encouraged him to look ahead to future chances.
He told Rinku, "don't worry, you are still very young. There will be many World Cups in the future. Keep working hard. There is a World Cup every two years, so focus on that."
