Legendary Leg Spinner B S Chandrasekhar hospitalized after sustaining stroke

Bengaluru:Legendary Leg Spinner B S Chandrasekhar was admitted to a private hospital here after he sustained a stroke.
According to KSCA sources, the 75-year-old veteran is now in ICU.Chandrashekar played 58 test matches by taking 242 wickets at an average of 29.74 and economy of 67 in his career that spanned 16 years.He only played one ODI but picked 3 wickets in his lone appearance.
 
He is one of the only two test cricketers in history with more wickets than total runs scored, the other being Chairs Martin.The 75 year old legendry spinner complained of fatigue and his speech became cluttered, The spinner is going going through Physiyotherepy. (UNI)
